#4 for a dollar

Ahhh, I just spent about 10 minutes doing my Awakening Yoga dvd, and I feel so much better! Doing it has become a sort of blogathon tradition for me- it's one of the few things that makes me feel more human this early in the morning!

Funny enough, I hardly ever get around to doing any parts of the dvd except the Awakening.

I tried to find it on YouTube, so that you fellow blogathonners could wake up, too, but the best I could find was this preview version:



One of the few Blogathon tips I have to offer- every few hours, take about 20 minutes to be totally away from the computer. Go outside, stretch, walk around the house, anything that puts you somewhere other than where you're spending your blogging time. It helps a lot!

In my next post, I'll be writing about the charity I'm blogging for today!

I AM SO JEALOUS!! I could barely get up this morning much less do Yoga-- I'm confused-- am I suppose to just comment you, read you stuff, or post -- help!!

Yoga! I wish I was that flexible, unfortunately, my parents, grandparents etc all have arthritis and I'm getting it at the young age of 24.

Thanks for the tip about leaving the PC, I'm going to be nipping to the shop at some point, it's just around the corner. Good luck with the 'thon, mine starts in 12 hours! :O

Is that a real reservation name? I had a Peter Johnson yesterday, which made me laugh!
