First, I want to take a second to mention, my awesome first sponsor of the morning, who is posting poetry this morning! Stop by and show your support!

Today is a great day because besides being Blogathon, it also marks exactly 90 days until my Halloween Disney World trip! I can't tell you how much I've been looking forward to this trip- we've been planning it since February! I'll be going with my friend Kelly, and meeting up with Katie, who lives near WDW, and we'll be attending the Halloween party at the Magic Kingdom, on top of various other shenanigans. Who could ask for more?

In honor of the upcoming trip, I thought I'd post a few of my favorite photos that I took on my last Disney trip in January!

In no particular order...

This one is from the new Expedition Everest coaster at Disney's Animal Kingdom. It's my new favorite ride- I love going off to see the Yeti!

Part of the China pavilion at Epcot. One of my favorite things about Disney is hanging out in the World Showcase at Epcot, talking to people from around the world. One of my most surreal vacation memories was standing in Italy with an Italiand and a Moroccan, conversing in French. Now that's multicultural!

A view of the Beach Club Villas, where we're hoping to be staying in October. I stayed here for a couple of nights in January, and totally fell in love with this resort. It's a 5 minute walk from Epcot, and the main pool covers more than 3 acres. Plus, the pool bar has drinks available in buckets!

The Yakoose! He "hangs out" on the wall at the Adventurers Club at Downtown Disney, one of the most imaginative places you'll ever visit. It's part bar, part improv comedy, part insanity, shaken and served in a decorative monkey head shaped cup. The setting is that it's always New Years Eve, 1937, and the club is doing it's annual membership drive. You'll see the same basic cast of characters every night (Pamelia Perkins- club president, Hathaway Browne- dashing club aviator and ladies man, Emil Bleehall- junior adventurer visiting from Sandusky Ohio, etc.), but the cast switches around so that the person you saw as the club's maid last night may be Samantha Sterling, daring adventurer, tonight.

I was going to hunt down a few Adv Club videos to post, but it's already 10:28, so those will have to wait for the next post!
