I kinda detest Katy Perry, but I still like this Elie Saab. The hair is atrocious, though.

I actually didn't hate Fergie's dress...but the black undergarments...Ugh!
If Fergie had an underlayer with that dress,it could have worked because I was loving all the lace on her and everyone else!
