Ready for more Fashion Week awesomeness? I know I'm way behind, but we're finally heading across the pond! London Fashion Week has significantly fewer shows than NYFW, so I think I can actually fit the highlights into one post! Oooh, ahh!
Burberry Prorsum was all about the details. I loved the studded gloves, the animal-shaped adornments, the hats, the owl shirts, and the bows on the coats!
Put a bird on it.
And how perfect was this final walk with the umbrellas??
I thought this was a captivating show opening look for Daks. (No, fellow Disney CMs, it has nothing to do with Animal Kingdom.) I'm not sold on the fit of the dress, but I like the large/small plaid contrast.
Loved this dress, too, especially with those boots. It has a kind of "ZOMG, SO ENGLISH" vibe going. (Whoever photographed this show for style.com did a kind of crappy job, though. These two pics are okay, but most of them sucked.)
I think Giles is my favorite show from London. THIS DRESS. Minus the weird shoulder wrappy thing, I heart it.
And this one. The fabric reminds me of ice on tree branches.
And this. The collection's storyline was a house on fire in a winter night. A little literal, but dude. Awesome.
WHEW! Starting to catch up feels good! Up next: Milan!
