Another e.l.f. Haul & Upcoming Reviews!

I still haven't totally finished reviewing the products from my last e.l.f. haul, but they had a sale earlier this month that I couldn't pass up - 50% off everything! I'm pretty broke, but I still had the $25 gift card that came as a freebie with my last order, so I gave in. But seriously, if you do the math... You get free shipping on orders $35+, so I put $70 worth of stuff in my cart, applied the 50% discount code which made it $35, then used my gift card which brought it down to TEN DOLLARS. And I got so much stuff! I was able to get pretty much everything I've been wanting to try but haven't ordered yet, as well as a few spares of my favorite products.

Seriously, y'all - never pay full price for e.l.f. unless you're at Target and must have a new eyeliner ASAP. They always have a promotion going on and while some aren't so great, something awesome like 50% off or the free gift card seems to come around at least every couple of month. (They did the free $25 gift card with orders $35+ again right after the sale I ordered from.)

Note - I'm in no way affiliated with e.l.f. and all of this stuff was bought with my very own dollars.

As usual, e.l.f.'s shipping sucked. I ordered on the 12th and got the email that my order shipped on the 18th, but when I looked at tracking it showed that FedEx didn't actually pick up my order from the warehouse until the 20th. Everything finally arrived today (the 26th). Shipping should sooooo not take 2 weeks!

Ready to see what came in the big box of makeupy goodness? SO MUCH STUFF!  Here's the list of everything I ordered, along with handy notes:

Lip Products:

e.l.f. Essential EX-tra Lip Gloss in the colors Marc, Brian, Scott and Brett - These are new and looked super cute, so I ended up ordering 4. I usually only order one of a product until I'm sure I like it, so this was a little out of character for me! Thought it was kind of cute that the "Ex" glosses are named after men. There are also 2 shades I didn't order (Joe and Michael - not sure why I skipped the latter, it's a pretty shade. Might have been out of stock?). I'll definitely review these, possibly first, since they're brand new and I had trouble finding reviews and swatches when I was ordering.

e.l.f. Essential Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick in the colors Tiki Torches, In the Nude and Sangria Starters: I've had mixed luck with these so far - I love Sangria Starters (thus ordering a spare!), didn't like Movie Star much, and hated Coco Loco. (Click each color name for the full reviews if you're curious.) I decided it was worth ordering a couple of new colors while they were on sale for $1. I'll definitely review them and let you know what I think!

e.l.f. Essential Lip Balm Tint in the color Grapefruit - I have this lip balm in the color Berry and like it fairly well (haven't reviewed it yet, I'll probably wait and do both in one post) so I'm trying a second one.

e.l.f. Mineral Mineral Lipstick in the color Nicely Nude - I've never tried the mineral lipsticks before, mostly because they're regularly $5, which is a lot for me to spend on a color I haven't seen or tried out in person. (I'm poor! I'll happily pay twice that price for a color I've seen and tried and loved, but I'm definitely cheap when it comes to gambling on colors I've only seen online, especially since e.l.f.'s photos are often quite different from the actual colors.)

e.l.f. Studio Conditioning Lip Balm in the color Romantic Rouge - I have this in two other colors, so might as well try a 3rd!

e.l.f. Studio Matte Lip color Natural - It's weird, I would almost swear that I've tried one of the matte lip colors before, but I didn't see it in my most recent couple of orders, so maybe not?

and not a lip product, but pictured above anyway:

e.l.f. Studio HD Blush in the color Headliner - I've heard that their HD blushes are amazing, so I finally gave in and got one! Here's hoping it lives up to the hype! I've never used this kind of blush, so I'm curious!

e.l.f. Studio Lash Collections in the style Flirty and e.l.f. Essential Natural Lash Kit - Not really sure if I'll review these unless you guys are super interested.

e.l.f. Studio Small Angled Brush - Again, not sure if I'll review this unless it's somehow amazing or terrible.

e.l.f. Studio 3-in-1 Mascara in Very Black and e.l.f. Studio Volume Plumping in Black -I'll probably do a comparison of these two.

e.l.f. Studio Matte Eyeshadow in the color Nude - They seem to have stopped making the white matte shadow that I used a ton of, so I'm hoping this will work as a replacement!

e.l.f. Essential Eyelid Primer in Sheer  - I've reviewed this primer before - it's awesome.

e.l.f. Essential Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in the colors Black and Coffee - The black is my very favorite eyeliner next to my $22 gel stuff from Sephora. Couldn't resist grabbing a couple of spares to help my order hit the total I needed.

e.l.f. Essential Holiday 4 Piece Glitter Eyeshadow and Primer Set Color: 4 Piece Glitter Eyes Set

e.l.f. Essential Eye Shadow Brush - I have several of these, can always use a couple of extras! And who can resist 2 for $1? Not I, my friends.

and non-eye products shown above:

e.l.f. Studio HD Lifting Concealer in the color Fair - I got one of these in my last order and loved it, but haven't gotten around to reviewing it yet. Soon!

e.l.f. Essential Shine Eraser - Oil abosorbing sheets. Not sure if they warrant a review. Maybe I'll do one review for several of the items that I won't have much to say about?

Not pictured : e.l.f. Essential Signature makeup bag. I mostly added this to get my order total up to the minimum I needed - It's usually $8, so I normally wouldn't have go it, but it looks pretty good for $4!

Sooo.... yeah, a TON of stuff for $10! I'm excited to dig into everything!

The older I get, the more I am on the hunt for the perfect concealer. Dude. You must tell me how the HD concealer is SOON. Do you feel like their eyeshadow has decent pigment? I am always afraid to spend my dollars on it because I expect my eyeshadow to be serious about color!
